No. All workouts are designed to be equipment-optional, so you can complete them at home, in a hotel room, or at a gym. If you have access to equipment, it can be incorporated — but it's never required.

Life happens and this program is built for that. The app-based workouts are always accessible, the program doesn't reset if you skip a day, and Coach AK meets you with grace, not guilt. Missing a week doesn't mean starting over.

Not at all. The faith elements of the program — soul care, reflection, and purpose-rooted motivation — are available to all clients and rooted in universal principles of stillness, rest, and intentional living. That said, my coaching is shaped by my Christian faith, and I don't hide that.
